Our fees are based on the scope and complexity of services provided. Payment terms will be specified in individual engagement letters. Late payments may result in additional charges and suspension of services.
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters, except as required by law or with your express consent. This obligation continues after the termination of our engagement.
All intellectual property created specifically for your engagement belongs to you upon payment of our fees. Our general methodologies, tools, and templates remain our property.
Either party may terminate our engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
